Your privacy, and using this site
A short, plain-English note about what this website does with your information.
Who runs this site
This is the website of DK Sweets, Church Street, Launceston, Cornwall PL15 8AR. You may remember the shop as Fizzywhizzywoo. The site was built by Tamar Digital.
What we collect
Nothing, through this site. There are no forms, no accounts, no sign-ups and no tracking or advertising cookies. We do not know who visits.
What your browser remembers
- That you have already seen the opening sprinkles this visit, so they do not play again until you come back later.
- Whether you turned the sounds on (a small setting kept in your browser). The quiz answers stay on the page and are not sent anywhere.
Maps, videos and social media
- The map on this site comes from OpenStreetMap. It sets no cookies and does not track you, but loading it does send your internet address to OpenStreetMap, as any website you visit would. The "Get directions" buttons open Google Maps or Apple Maps only if you press them.
- The videos on this site are hosted on this site. Links to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook take you to those companies' sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
- If you message us through Facebook Messenger or Instagram, that conversation is handled by Meta and by us as the replies. Please do not send anything private you would not want kept.
If you email mail@fizzywhizzywoo.co.uk we will use your message only to reply to you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website. It is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2, level AA): you can use it with a keyboard, text can be enlarged, colours have strong contrast, pictures have descriptions, and animation is switched off if your device asks for reduced motion. The videos have no spoken words that you need to understand the site.
If you find something hard to use, tell us at mail@fizzywhizzywoo.co.uk or message us on Facebook or Instagram, and we will do our best to put it right.
